After four years from enactment of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, President Benigno S Aquino appointed commissioners in the National Privacy Commission. Buckling down to work, the NPC quickly crafted a draft IRR which will be presented in a series of public consultations. The first one is on July 13 at UP Diliman.
